Job Title:Office Administrator

Location: Andover

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Based on experience

Do you have a passion for organisation and a knack for multitasking? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our organisation, contributing to a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient inventory management
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable
