Office Administrator
Temporary to permanent
Monday - Friday

£11.44 per hour

Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining record
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in managing office operations and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Computerise documents and correspondence accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
