An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing retail display design and wholesale company in Crewe to provide administrative support and develop relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met. You will be joining a family-run company who specialise in the design, manufacture, and wholesale of high-quality retail display equipment to the Retail and Shop Fitting Industry. They pride themselves on providing a first-class service to customers and supplying the equipment to site on time.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supporting the Accountant in keeping up to date all financial information including all matters accounts payable and receivable.
- Supporting the Company Accountant in producing timely, accurate, insightful reports & analysis
- Assisting with orders & queries and thriving on giving the best informed and refreshingly helpful advice in the industry
- Background work to help the company get to know customers through the very best communication, use of credit checks via Experian, analysing customers' websites & social media including linked-in
- Building relationships with customers Co ordinating meetings and scheduling calls
Skills and experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Well organised with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
- Computer literate with good IT skills and experience knowledge of all Microsoft software
- Previous experience working in an office is preferable
- A background in working with numbers, as a qualification or as previous work experience
- Eager to learn, if successful the Company may offer to put the candidate through the AAT Qualifications to help progression
