Office Administrator
Location: Leeds, LS12
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
Long term temporary role with possibility of permanent position
This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute significantly to our success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen interest in the shopfitting POS industry.
Duties will include:
- Create new item cards on the system.
- Create BOM’s from drawings on the system.
- System maintenance updating records.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Raise purchase orders when required.
- Chase outstanding quotes and purchase orders and updating the system.
- Raise sales orders when required.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Ensure the office premises are tidy and well-maintained.
- Run reports as requested.
Skills required
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of production processes and terminology would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Business Central would be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
