We have taken on a great opportunity to join lovely equity investment firm. Based in stunning offices in the West End, they have built a strong, welcoming culture. They are looking for a warm and well-presented individual to join the team of about 25 in London.
THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
This FOH based role is varied, with great potential for future progression. As the first point of contact for guests and clients, duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
- Management of meeting rooms and booking system
- Arrangement of refreshments for meetings
- Ad hoc office duties
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and collaborative approach to the role. Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to the role are essential, as is prior experience working within a similar environment.
