We are a property management company that provides properties to rent and or Airbnb.
We are a small, fun, fast-growing company that is expanding rapidly and looking for new and enthusiastic people to join our team and grow with us.
The applicant must be computer literate (MS Office), have good organisational and communication skills. Good at answering calls and constructing emails in a professional manner. Previous office experience or degree-level candidate is a plus, but not essential.
Daily tasks will include:
- Give proactive and organised support to the office;
- Liaise with the landlord and tenants/guests;
- Book and monitor vacation reservations, make check-in arrangements;
- Dealing with email enquiries and telephone calls;
- Keep diaries and arrange appointments, if needed;
- Organise and file paperwork/property bills and computer files;
- Keep track of rents coming in.
LOCATION - London NW9
Fulltime- 5 days per week to start as soon as possible (flexible on part time as well)
