Office and Events Coordinator
Working for an Investment Firm in London, this is an exciting role where you will help with the general office administration and inhouse events. Ideally you will have at least 1 years’ experience in either a reception/administration or events role. This is an exciting time to join my client as they are growing and this role will grow with the company.
ROLE
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all staff and visitors, assisting with directions, office inquiries, and general support.
- Manage the daytime cleanliness of the kitchen, meeting rooms and wider office to a reasonable standard, including tidying office clutter, emptying and restocking the dishwasher, collecting mugs from around the office, restocking the coffee as needed.
- Efficiently manage the office space, including arranging refreshments and catering for various meetings and Events.
- Oversee the management of stock ordering and deliveries, including food supplies and office stationery, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
- Support the team with event planning and coordinating.
- Undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and its operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in facilities management, receptionist roles, events, or office support, with a keen interest in creating and maintaining positive work environments.
- Flexible and positive in your approach to work, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proactive problem solver who takes pride in organizing and streamlining workspaces.
- Highly organised, with exceptional prioritisation and time management skills, and the initiative to take on tasks independently.
- A confident and friendly individual who thrives in diverse settings and is quick to build rapport and engage with new people.
