- Greet guests on arrival, provide refreshments and contact the host and/or direct visitors to their meeting rooms
- Carrying out office inductions with new joiners
- Open, scan and distribute incoming post accordingly
- Prepare rooms for meetings and manage smooth-running of meeting rooms throughout the day
- Ensuring staff kitchen is fully stocked and cleaned
- Ordering office supplies/kitchen treats
- Assist with sending files to archive and arranging retrieval of files from storage
- Report any maintenance issues to London Facilities team
- Responsible for carrying out annual test emergency evacuation
Key Skills:
- You must be self-motivated and have the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others
- Understand the need to keep all matters confidential
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills are essential
- Strong administrative skills with good use of initiative
- Capable to multi task and comfortable managing your own workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential
