Diary and calendar management
Meeting room management inc diary and catering
Travel and accommodation booking
Supplier and supply management
Front of house management
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Events supports both internal and external
WHO YOU ARE
A first/second jobber, looking for a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will provide 5* support to a busy team.
Requirements:
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Top notch communication skills
This role is paying up to £30k (DOE) plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
