Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with an Accounting Background to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Data entry tasks using various software applications.
- Processing supplier payments.
- Processing sales invoices.
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette skills.
- Proficient in computerised systems and data entry.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
Immediate Start or ASAP, Working Hours are 7:00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break, based in Wembley, London
