The opportunity for an Office Assistant has arisen in Glasgow city centre. As an Office Assistant you will be tasked with the printing, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents, alongside other general assistance.
The role
Job Title: Office Assistant
Contract: Temporary (4 weeks)
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Pay Rate: £11/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Lunch break: 1 hour (unpaid)
Duties: Printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing documents. Call handling, general assistance, and sorting mail.
About you
-Administration or Reception experience.
-Experience using photocopiers/scanners.
-Call handling skills.
-Professional attitude.
