- Meeting and greeting HNW individuals
- Preparing the boardroom and meeting rooms
- Office Manager responsibilities, stationery, treats, business cards etc.
- Taking on overflow PA and admin and supporting the marketing department
- PA support to the sales and lettings team
- First point of contact for the property management team
- Helping with admin for the sales and lettings teams
- Liaise and work with marketing team
- Organising office events
You will need to be very client facing with a confident, social and sunny personality.
