Reed have partnered with a national provider based in Warmley, South Glos, seeking an Office Assistant to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis.
If you've had previous office experience, providing administrative support, this is for you.
Duties:Office adminMeeting and greeting any walk insAnswering phone calls, email and online enquiriesRaising quotesUtilising our CRM systemReturning certificatesEnsuring sufficient training kit is availableGeneral office duties, ordering of stationery, taking care of post in/out
Requirements:Office admin experienceStrong communicator, both written and verbalCompetent IT user, MS OfficeAny exposure to CRM systems or portals would be beneficialMS SharePoint would be beneficial but not essential
Hours:Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 (30 minute lunch break) - 37.5 hours p/w
