Free parking, office based, 6.30am-1.00pm
An established wholesaler is looking for an Office Assistant who can join the team and assist with general admin duties as well as supporting with invoicing using Sage Line 50.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Office Assistant role with lots of exposure to using Sage 50 on a daily basis! Typical duties include:
- Creating invoices and credit notes for clients
- Updating company finances on Sage 50
- Assisting with general admin such as filing.
- Supporting the Office Manager with marketing admin
- Reviewing old accounts to try to highlight lapsed clients
- Organising for office supplies.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience using Sage Line 50 within a role, be proactive and enjoy working in a smaller environment.
- Solid experience and knowledge of using Sage Line 50.
- Experience working in a wholesaler would be beneficial but not essential
- Proactive nature
- Naturally someone who enjoys taking on additional duties.
- High attention to detail
