This is an amazing opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join an outstanding boutique financial firm in their stunning Mayfair offices. You will be joining a dynamic, ambitious, and friendly operations team in a key role!
You will look after the front-of-house, answer phones, set up for meetings, greet clients, create documents, support the investment team and be the go-to person for everything office-related!
What you’ll do:
- Be the go-to person to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Host visitors, clients, and guests
- Place food and drink orders for the team
- Arrange team events
- Support on high-profile client events
- Create high-quality presentations
- Support with diaries, travel, and other EA tasks
- Deputise for the Office Manager
You:
- This would be ideal for someone with reception/admin experience within a fast-paced financial services
- Presentable
- Well-spoken
- Highly motivated
- Comfortable working under pressure
