Our Witney based client are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join them as soon as possible, for approximately 3 months.
The hours of work at 9-5, Monday – Friday (office based). £12 per hour.
The duties of the Office Assistant include:
- Answering the phone in a professional manner.
- Filing.
- Matching POs to delivery notes.
- Post office drop-off and collections.
- Making teas and coffees.
- Managing stationery.
This role could be suitable an entry level candidate, as no office experience is required.
They are looking for a reliable candidate with good communication skills.
