The Role – Office Cleaner x 10 hours
AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large company building, its offices, and meeting rooms based on the Estuary Business Park, Speke
This is a Part time Permanent role 10hr per week, the suitable person would be available to work Monday to Friday from 5.30am – 7.30am
Duties/Key Responsibilities
To provide professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on site.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning offices and dining areas.
• Carry out any reasonable task requested by the client or Manager, if you are trained to do so.
• Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with the company health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning materials in accordance with company health and safety and COSHH regulations.
Skills Required
• Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
• Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
• Experience with work to tight schedules.
