Office Coordinator - BG/16302
Are you an innovative, confident person looking for a step into the creative world? We have an extremely exciting new role, as Office Coordinator at an architectural firm. The position is supporting the practice manager with coordination, management and events of the office. The role is to start as soon as possible and is a temp to perm opportunity, meaning candidates must be available immediately.
The stylish office is based in West London and is home to a supportive, hard-working team, and a great office culture. They often go for drinks after work and host internal events, which this position will take on the responsibility of organising. This is just the most ideal role for someone very organised and bubbly, with a keenness to learn and progress.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage day to day internal operations including stock, catering & deliveries
- Cover reception, welcoming guests and answering the phone
- Manage all meeting rooms and ensure they are prepped for the meetings
- Organise internal events and encourage all staff to attend
- Communicate with the entire team daily on any current events/affairs
- Ensure office is always presentable and space is utilised
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, as well as having the ability to prioritise, multitask and communicate openly. Basic knowledge of photoshop would be a bonus.
