Office Coordinator - Construction

Are you a detail-oriented and experienced professional with a knack for managing office operations and financial matters? Join our dynamic team at as an Office Manager with Finance Experience. We are seeking a skilled individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and contributing to the financial success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Office Operations:

Supervise administrative staff and coordinate day-to-day office operations.

Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Communication and Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between the office and construction teams, fostering effective communication.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to support overall project success.

Human Resources Support:

Assist in human resources functions, such as employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve issues related to office management and finance.

Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient and effective processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager with a focus on finance, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
