Reperio Human Capital is a niche recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, with offices in the USA (Florida and North Carolina) and Dublin. We focus on the growing IT industry across Ireland and the US, and our business has grown significantly over the past few years.

This continued growth has led to a new opportunity available within the team for an Office Executive to join us. We are actively seeking an ambitious and hardworking induvial to join us, who will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and finance team, alongside the wider business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with facilities management
• Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office and communal areas
• Answering phones & dealing with adhoc customer/client queries in a professional manner
• Record keeping, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is gathered and filed correctly in compliance with company policies
• Assist within any adhoc administrative duties with regards to our international offices in Florida & North Carolina
• Assist the team in the setup of IT systems when onboarding new employees
• Provide backup support to the Finance team when required
• To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the finance and wider operations department

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within an office administration role (or similar)
• Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and problem solve in an efficient manner
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word/Excel)
• Excellent organisation skills

• Salary of £24,000 (which may be increased, depending on level of experience)
