The Role
An exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to hit the ground running as an Office Junior, a great role for a 1st/2nd jobber This role will mainly be responsible for managing and coordinating the desk at reception as well as supporting the Office Manager with any ad-hoc tasks.
Duties include:
- Receptionist support – answering phones, meeting and welcoming guests, managing and preparing meeting rooms and keeping reception area tidy
- Ad hoc assistance to the Office Manager
- Organise and coordinate any supplies needed for the office
- Post organisation and arranging couriers
- Ad hoc HR administration
- Manage and resolve any issues with equipment
- Management of the junior receptionist
The Candidate
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to build good relationships
- Highly organised and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player
- Ability to multi task
This is a full time, permanent role - 5 days a week (office based) 9am to 5pm.
