Job description

The Role

An exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to hit the ground running as an Office Junior, a great role for a 1st/2nd jobber This role will mainly be responsible for managing and coordinating the desk at reception as well as supporting the Office Manager with any ad-hoc tasks.

Duties include:

  • Receptionist support – answering phones, meeting and welcoming guests, managing and preparing meeting rooms and keeping reception area tidy
  • Ad hoc assistance to the Office Manager
  • Organise and coordinate any supplies needed for the office
  • Post organisation and arranging couriers
  • Ad hoc HR administration
  • Manage and resolve any issues with equipment
  • Management of the junior receptionist


The Candidate

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Ability to build good relationships
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi task

This is a full time, permanent role - 5 days a week (office based) 9am to 5pm.
