Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Handle phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages)
- Oversee administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with human resources functions such as payroll and benefits administration
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for financial recordkeeping
- Maintain an organized filing system for important company documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and clerical duties
- Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred

Pay: £29,000.00-£49,144.25 per year
