French Speaking Office Manager/PA based in Kensington – Start ASAP We are on the hunt for an Office Manager/PA to help out in our client’s Private Office based in Kensington.
The applicant will be working within in a Boutique Wealth Management and Investment Advisory firm. Therefore, the role would suit a worldly candidate that has 5 years’ experience under their belt as a PA or office manager working within a similar financial environment whilst assisting high net worth principals.
Core responsibilities
Run the London office including:
· Work closely with the CEO on personal matters (travel, household bills and diary management)
· Coordinate meetings, managing schedules and travel for the team
· Assisting the team on liaising with third parties as required
· Administrative tasks including handling legal documents
· Prepare expense reports
· Organising day to day in office
· Project manage any special projects – team outings, office move etc
Key requirements
· Educated to degree level
· Fluent French speaker – both spoken and written
· A minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in finance
Personal
· Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Have great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Ambitious, dynamic and looking to progress their career
· Very well organised and professional in manner
· Self-motivated and strong team player
The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; dynamic, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment being hands on in their role.

Location: Kensington
Days/hours: Monday – Friday. 9am – 6pm
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
