You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We are primarily engaged in providing services like assisting individuals or groups in planning, organizing, and booking various aspects of their travel arrangements.
We act as intermediaries between travellers and travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators. We are the sub-agents of the main agent of IATA based in the UK. We operate in the travel industry and act as a sub-agent of the main agent who is working under the IATA regulations. We leverage to provide personalized recommendations and advice to our clients. We also handle tasks such as booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and excursions, ensuring that all the necessary arrangements are made smoothly. We can also provide valuable insights on travel insurance, and local customs, helping travellers make informed decisions and avoid potential pitfalls.

As a Office Manager, the employee will need to:
- Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
- Helping establish and maintain office procedures
- Assisting senior management team when needed
- Dealing with staff recruitment
- Attending seminars and training
- Set sales targets and monitor staff performance
- Organise staff rotas
- Work with tour operators to buy travel packages
- Control budgets
- Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
- Helps in new product launch and finding new distributor for the company for business expansion.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Keep records of sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
