Office Manager required to ensure the smooth running of a busy office within a growing company.
The Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the company CRM system, ensuring workflows are being followed.
- The creation, implementation, and promotion of policies and procedures.
- Supporting directors with management meetings, diary management and ad hoc tasks
- Take part in meetings ensuring confidentiality.
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring HR system is kept up to date and key meetings are booked in.
The Office Manager must have:
- Previous experience managing a busy, fast paced office.
- Experience in managing quality management system (ISO9001) – preferred.
