We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate and support various administrative functions within the office.
- Communication Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Document Control:
- Establish and maintain efficient filing and documentation systems.
- Oversee document processing, distribution, and archiving.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records, including timekeeping and attendance.
- Financial Administration:
- Collaborate with the finance department to track expenses and manage office budgets.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Project Coordination:
- Provide administrative support for refurbishment and development projects.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for maintenance services.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
- Coordinate training and awareness programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office work or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
