Our client, a well-established and innovative research business, are recruiting for a part-time Office Manager/ PA to join their small team in Cowley.
You will be working alongside the current Office Manager, who due to growth of the business, requires support with general office duties.
This is a variety role, where you will be involved with all aspects of HR, Marketing (Social Media), Finance, and Administration. Strong written and verbal English is essential for this role, and a keen eye for detail would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer database accurately
- Review support contacts
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
- Assist with organising company events throughout the year
- Assist with producing marketing material for social media, website and company newsletter
- Follow up with invoices and purchase orders
The position will start initially with part time hours (approx. 20 per week), but will have the ability to increase to a full-time position if this fits the candidate's expectations. The role also offers flexible working hours, with the ability to choose your working hours to suit you.
The salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000 (full-time equivalent) with 24 days holiday + BH, enhanced pension, parking on site and more!
