An Office Manager (with some PA elements) is required to work for this luxury fashion and accessories brand in Knightsbridge on a temporary basis with the opportunity for this to go perm for the right candidate.
They are a lovely small team looking for someone bright and switched on with previous Office Manager / PA experience.
As the Office Manager / PA your role will include:- HR liaison, preparing contracts, Health & Safety, preparing payroll info, collating timesheets, overseeing IT requirements, training staff on new systems, updating the website, checking invoices, monitoring & ordering packaging & stationery, overseeing annual stock take and more…
On the PA side, you may do some diary management, make appointments, and update sales & stock info. As they’re a small team they really want someone who can muck in on all sides – a real team player.
