We are currently looking for an Office Manager based in the Winchester Office of a Real Estate Firm. This will be paying 28k and will be working 8.30 - 18.00. A minimum of two years experience will be required within a similar role.
The role
- Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Manage online and paper filing systems
- Record office expenditure and manage the budget
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Organise and chair meetings with staff
- Ensure adequate staff levels
