About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Financial Services firm with a sizeable team. Specialising in providing independent financial advice to both individuals and businesses, they have a strong market presence and are highly respected within the industry. Due to growth they are looking for an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper to join their brand new offices based in Pinner. The ideal candidate will have a mixture of Administrative and Bookkeeping background, and can look at Full time or Part time options.
Job Description
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Managing financial transactions and bookkeeping duties with precision.
- Ensuring all financial records are kept up to date and compliant with industry regulations.
- Coordinating with external auditors and handling tax audits.
- Leading and mentoring the administrative team to promote a positive work environment.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Managing contracts and relations with suppliers, service providers, and landlords.
- Facilitating internal communication to ensure smooth operation of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager/Bookkeeper should have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ideally a background in Bookkeeping
- Live locally to Pinner
- Proven experience in office management and administrative procedures.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
