Office Managerfor a Boutique Finance Firm in Mayfair

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth running of office related services
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance (on-site supervision as necessary), reception, catering and post room.
• Manage and maintain all preventative maintenance programs (and as-needed repairs, 24x7) for critical infrastructure. This includes UPS systems, HVAC and plumbing.
• Manage office communications for events affecting travel, wellbeing, safety, etc.
• Manage the team rota to ensure coverage of reception during business hours (8:00am to 5:30pm).
Skills and requirements:
• Experience of working in an Office Manager capacity for 5+ years.
• Experience with and working knowledge of critical facilities infrastructure (UPS’s, HVAC and emergency generator power).
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to follow through and follow-up.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports.
