Your Role:
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this hybrid role is the heartbeat of the office. You'll be the go-to person for overseeing and supporting a diverse team, ensuring smooth operations and professional excellence. From managing workloads to championing compliance with OFSTED regulations and overseeing critical processes, your impact will be felt across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly supervision meetings, probation reviews, and annual appraisals for Admin, HR and Payroll staff
- Set targets and manage workloads for office staff
- Keep the office well-stocked and oversee purchase of provisions/cleaning materials
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, escalating issues when necessary
- Champion GDPR/DPA compliance for data security
- Standardise company documentation and support Registered Managers with OFSTED regulations
- Oversee record-keeping procedures and conduct audits
- Manage company vehicle leases, insurance, and equipment maintenance
- Regularly visit the care homes in order to provide support to the care staff and managers
