Your Mission as our new Office Manager
You'll be the glue that holds our office together, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
From customer interactions to team coordination, your organisational skills and positive attitude will make a real difference. Think of yourself as the air traffic controller, making sure everyone and everything is on track.
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming face of our company: Answer calls, and emails, and greet clients with a smile.
- Juggle tasks like a pro: Prepare quotes, manage appointments, reconcile transactions, and organise our records.
- Support the team: Coordinate meetings, track expenses, and help our directors and managers stay on top of their game.
- Keep the office humming: Order supplies, manage contractors, and make sure everything is clean and functional.
- Build a strong team: Train new staff and organise fun events to boost morale.
You're Perfect for This Role If You:
- Are incredibly organised and detail-oriented.
- Love working with people and providing top-notch customer service.
- Have a knack for problem-solving and finding efficient solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Have a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Experience in a similar role and/or a relevant qualification in office administration is a definite plus.

- Full-time hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm) with a great work-life balance.
- Finish at 4.30pm on a Friday.
- Competitive salary: £34,000 to £38,000 per year
