Responsibilities The post holder will manage the key financial, administration processes of City Sport. The Supervisor will ensure effective day-to-day administrative and membership procedures that facilitates a proficient and well organized office and reception service. Person Specification We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Supervisor with experience of supporting colleagues and managing complex administrative tasks, specifically around financial processes. Ideally you will have worked with Sport and Leisure Operating software or an associated product previously. You will have previous experience of collating and analysing data to inform a business decision or strategy. You will be accustomed to a customer service environment and dealing with enquiries from the public. You should enjoy being part of a team, working with young people and maximising the potential of the City Sport facility.
