Due to their continued growth, R13 are supporting a specialist supplier in the recruitment of an Office Supportto join their central Norwich based team. This is a varied role, where you'll be responsible for supporting the Office Manager in the daily operations of the business.
This is a part time, ongoing temporary position (with the potential to become permanent) working Monday to Friday, and is offering an hourly rate of GBP11.44 per hour.
The day to day
- Acting as the first point of contact for potential and existing customer both face to face and over the phone, as well as monitoring the company email.
- Supporting the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business, including payroll duties, arranging transport and deliveries, and ensuring company records are accurately kept.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
You will have/be
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting platforms would be idea.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
- Pro-active attitude, and self-motivated nature.
