My client has an exciting opportunity for a trainee to join an expanding company. You will possess exceptional communication & IT skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
Duties include:
Maintain the office diary
Oversee Reception and check all deliveries
Answer all telephone calls
Maintain Stationary/Copier & Consumable supplies
Event & Meeting organisation
Set up new starters to the company and deal with the induction process
Powerpoint presentations
Help take minutes to weekly meetings
This role will see you being trained in all areas of the business giving you a fantastic opportunity to develop your admin and customer service skills. A hands on approach is very much part of the role.
