My client has an exciting opportunity for a trainee to join an expanding company. You will possess exceptional communication & IT skills and have the ability to work under pressure.

Duties include:
* Maintain the office diary
* Oversee Reception and check all deliveries
*Answer all telephone calls
* Maintain Stationary/Copier & Consumable supplies
* Event & Meeting organisation
* Set up new starters to the company and deal with the induction process
* Powerpoint presentations
* Help take minutes to weekly meetings

This role will see you being trained in all areas of the business giving you a fantastic opportunity to develop your admin and customer service skills. A hands on approach is very much part of the role.
