Due to growth, our client is looking for a Trainee Office Administrator to join them on a full-time basis, where you will be providing a high level of administrative support to the business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
This is the ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get into the Financial Services industry as well as securing your first office-based role. As a Trainee position no experience is needed, therefore this role is ideal for those who have either recently finished their studies or those who are looking to transfer their experience from a role in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service into a commercial office environment.
As part of the role, you will receive full training as well as the opportunity to progress and develop in the company in the future.
Due to the location of the office, it is beneficial for candidates to be able to drive / have access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of general enquiries and emails
- Managing and sorting post
- Overseeing and completing applications
- Managing the internal filing system
- Liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties both over the phone and via email
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and other departments within the company
- Diary management
- Managing internal systems, updating details when necessary
