Health And Safety Administrator

We are seeking a talented Health and Safety Administrator to join a new project based in Tonbridge. As the Health and Safety administratior, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting and documentation. ??

Your role will involve gathering information from various sources across the organisation, building relationships with key contacts, and organising meetings to analyse data and create reports. You will work closely with the Health and Safety Manager and the Data & Reporting Department within the HSQES team.

?? Key Responsibilities include:

• Accurate collation of Health and Safety documentation, reports, and data
• Timely submission of reports in line with deadlines
• Presentation of analysis using charts, graphs, and our specialised software tools
• Attending meetings to review and understand data trends and improvements needed
• Organising meetings, preparing presentations, and note-taking
• Quality checking of submissions and identifying anomalies
• Supporting safety verification and administration of HSQES initiatives

? Skills & Experience:

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to solve problems and seek solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
