Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience in carpentry, joinery, shop fitting, or a strong DIY background
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels
- CSCS Labourer or higher qualification is essential; the company can provide training if needed
- Good organisational skills and commitment to maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Ability to adapt to various disciplines and sectors within our company
What will your role look like?
- Perform on-site refurbishment of refrigeration cabinets and walk-in cold stores
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team, demonstrating adaptability to different environments and adherence to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with site managers, fellow contractors, and store managers, discussing working methods and addressing potential issues
- Utilize hand tools, and battery-operated tools, and demonstrate a keen eye for an exceptional finish
- Understand and interpret site drawings and instruction packs provided by the projects team
- Overcome challenges in real time with forward-thinking solutions
- Embrace a variety of shift patterns, including day and night shifts, based on client requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work away From Home regularly
