Reporting to our senior account manager for this exponentially growing business, you’ll be responsible for the output across the group's paid social media activity. Your focus will be on maximizing the opportunity for exceptional growth as the business grows, focusing on strategy, and creating inspirational content.

You’ll be working closely with our senior team, particularly with the wider social media team and the senior accounts manager meeting business objectives and leading overall strategy.

Training will be extensive, teaching the right people how advanced marketing and algorithms work on a range of social media platforms.

Your duties:

• Be accountable for the paid social strategy as a creative and focused digital marketing.
• Responsible for the implementation of the paid social strategy.
• Have experience running at least one account on; Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat & Tik-Tok, Instagram.
• Be responsible for the content that’s on-brand, error-free, and in the correct tone of voice.
• Manage the creative briefing of content to your follower's base.
• Effectively develop junior members of the team.
• Own what you do, have the gravitas to talk with authority, and be enthusiastic about social media.
• Have a strong awareness of the wider Digital mix and the part other channels play.
• Be analytical and forward-thinking with reporting and confident when reporting to key stakeholders within the business.
• Be one step ahead, always thinking of what’s next been encouraged to test new ideas.
• Be open-minded to challenge and encourage it.
• Have your finger on the pulse, know about industry changes, and plan for the future.

You’ll either be working in a marketing function responsible for the media strategies or be working as one of our brand ambassadors using your image to grow great follower's reach ratios.

Pay: £18,000.00-£46,684.00 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
