Our client is looking for Customer Experience Executives to support their Customer Service team during their peak period. This is for a fashion retailer based in Solihull. Customer Experience Executive
Solihull - B90
Temporary
£10.50 per hour
Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm/12pm-8pm
1 in every 4 weekends.
Duties:
- Communicating with customers on email and live chat in regards to orders, returns & exchanges and ensuring they are happy with the service provided.
- Returns and exchange management.
- Responding to incoming queries around sizing, stock, brand etc.
- Additional administrative duties
- Managing customer accounts and updating information
Requirements:
- Computer literate – confident with technology.
- Passionate about offering a positive Customer Experience, with a desire to learn, grow and succeed.
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Administration and / or Customer Service experience would be very advantageous
- A passion for fashion would be very beneficial!
