We create software which provides workplaces with software for people management. Anything that might need tracking in the workplace we can produce software to do this. Due to our growth in recent years and our plans for the future, we are looking to bring on an experienced Product Owner to be a real driving force behind the upcoming success and to allow us to work to a high standard.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As the Online Product Owner, your primary responsibility is overseeing our global website operations, focusing on optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), as well as driving product enhancement initiatives. This dynamic role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you'll advocate for the interests of business stakeholders. In your capacity as Product Owner, you'll play a crucial role in comprehending and defining requirements, establishing a product activity log, and crafting a roadmap. You'll serve as the key liaison to convey product requirements to the development team. Interaction with data, customers, and stakeholders will be integral to generating innovative ideas for enhancing the product suite. This role entails project management, overseeing third parties, and collaborating with stakeholders to successfully implement changes. Your primary objectives revolve around leading a roadmap geared toward achieving optimal website conversion for lead generation. Effective website management will contribute to meeting sales targets in each territory, involving both indirect sales through web demo requests and direct sales via e-commerce. Furthermore, this position involves managing direct reports (Business Analysts, UX professionals) and leading a team of Front End and Full Stack Developers. Collaboration with SEO and CRO specialists within the growth marketing team is essential for success.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• Product Marketing, Strategy, Business Growth, Team Management, Lead Generation, Commercial Performance, Digital Marketing disciplines e.g SEO and CRO
• 4 years+ within a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing channels
• Experience managing a team
• Highley organised and skilled in project management
