Online Service and Performance Lead
£30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, including company car (Work Level 6A)
Field-based - visiting our stores 4 days per week
37.5 hours per week (5 over 7 working pattern), including evenings and weekends, with some overnight stays
We're looking for an Online Service and Performance Lead to help deliver our exciting new E-commerce strategy at Co-op. You'll be joining our wider online operations team and will look after our online performance across the business.
In this role, you'll lead the way in modernising the way our customers and members shop at the Co-op. It'll be up to you to work with store colleagues across the UK to make sure they launch our online ordering propositions successfully. You'll keep a close relationship with the Head of Operations, Operations Managers, and Store Managers; working together to continuously optimise performance. This is a unique opportunity to gain multi-site leadership experience and you'll get to play a key part in shaping the future of our digital retail strategy.
What you'll do
- Provide support and guidance to store colleagues to help optimise their online performance
- Work with store colleagues to embed a more digital-focussed and forward-thinking culture
- Make sure stores understand the need to input stock information accurately to ensure online customer offer is available and correct
- Support the development of training materials and tools to educate our store colleagues on how to manage our online customer offering
- Analyse data and find opportunities for us to improve our online strategy, influencing and advising senior business leaders on these findings
This role will suit people who have
- Food store operations and retail strategic operations experience
- Great relationship building and people management skills
- Online food retail experience
- A passion for digital and online strategy
- A full UK driving license
