Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for you to work as a part-time Onsite Co-Ordinator to join our hardworking and welcoming team Halifax, HX3 9XT.

Pay rate as an Onsite Co-Ordinator:

Standard pay: £12 p/h

Day to day as an Onsite Co-Ordinator:

Working on site at our client’s food factory in Halifax you will manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. You will need to build a strong relationship with the shift leaders and the agency colleagues in order to meet the clients’ requirements.

Typical working hours as an Onsite Co-Ordinator:

You will be working 25 hours per week with the option to work these hours across 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Recruitment & Induction of new agency employees
• Complete shift bookings
• Checking attendance
• Completing payroll, holiday bookings and other admin tasks
• Complete floor walks to check H&S and hygiene procedures are being followed.

Key Qualifications / Experience:

• Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
• Able to organise your own workload.
• Good understanding of Excel & Word (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships.
• Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
• Willing to learn.
• Flexible
