The role
Our client, a growing Wealth Platform, is looking for an Operational Delivery Lead to join their Transfers team based in Bath.
Responsibilities

• Co-owning the overall outcomes of the Transfers team to ensure SLAs are met and standards maintained
• Collating information and drawing up reports regarding KPI and SLA performance
• Supporting the Product Owner in the design and coordination of great tech and customer outcomes
• Leading the end-to-end process outcomes
• Building effective controls and improving procedures to mitigate risk, and undertaking regular reviews
• Managing a team, undertaking 1-2-1s, and mentoring them to succeed
• Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver against strategic goals and providing insights that help to drive future objectives.
• Reporting on day-to-day activity
