Job Description
The Operational Risk and Control Analyst will:
- Implementing and managing the Operational Risk framework
- Carrying out risk assessments and reporting
- Developing and maintaining risk policies and procedures
- Participating in the development of risk management strategies
- Contributing to the resolution of risk-related issues
- Conducting Risk and Control self-assessments
- Monitoring and reporting on risk exposures
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with risk policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operational Risk and Control Analyst should have:
- A degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management tools
- A thorough understanding of financial services regulations
- Data Analytic experience useful
