We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Admin Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the backend support of our Shopify POS, overseeing retail store maintenance, and conducting data analytics to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for our offline and online Shopify stores, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management and promo management for both verticals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Shopify backend.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the store's facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with offline stores.
- Coordinate system stock transfers between warehouse and offline stores.
- Work with the retail team to address customer feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance metrics for both online and offline sales, such as sales figures, foot traffic, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus.
- Experience of working in an administrative role.
