Role - Operations Agent
Location - BARNSLEY
Shifts - Mon - Fri
Hours - 09.00-17.00
Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £11.78 per hour
Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: £14.28 per hour
Pay Saturdays: Additional £1 per hour
Pay Sundays: Additional £2 per hour
Pay OT: £17.67ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Capturing location and data information of shipments
Invoice checks
General administrative support including reception and warehouse
Monitoring of data and data entry
Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer serviceREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
Administration skills and computer literate essential
Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is availablePACKAGE
Weekly pay every Friday
