Position: Operations Administrator
Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities: As an Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the business. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and booking freelancers
- Scheduling crew
- Booking travel and hotels
- Managing a comprehensive database of crew and equipment
- Liaising with clients for accreditation, inductions, and site access
- Monitoring working hours
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Performing reconciliation tasks
- Managing the maintenance of office and facilities
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Undertaking other duties as assigned
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Previous experience in an administrative operational background is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with Xero is ideal but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and adapt to changing circumstances
